Co-founder of Be Well Therapy and Counselling with experience supporting people with depression, anxiety, addictions, relationships, couple therapy, sexual issues and adolescents behavioural issues.

A Clinical Psychologist, Researcher and Mental Health Enthusiast specializing in adult psychotherapy, couple and family therapy. She uses the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy while working with clients.
